Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

Emotional Freedom Techniques, often referred to as Tapping or EFT Tapping, is a universal healing tool that can provide impressive results for physical, emotional, and performance issues. EFT operates on the premise that no matter what part of your life needs improvement, there are unresolved emotional issues in the way. It is common knowledge that any kind of emotional stress, physical issues or chronic pain, can impede the natural healing potential of the human body.
In many cases, EFT can be applied directly for relief of physical symptoms without exploring any emotional contributors; however, for the most powerful, longest lasting results, we can expect to identify and target related emotional issues.
The EFT premise also includes the understanding that the more unresolved emotional issues you clear, the more peace and emotional freedom you will have. Properly done, EFT appears to balance disturbances in the meridian system and thus often reduces the conventional therapy procedures from months or years down to minutes or hours. Therapeutic Touch
Therapeutic Touch (TT) can be used alone, or in combination with other healing modalities. It compliments traditional approaches to health care and it was designed to be applied by nurses or care-givers in medical facilities.
TT is based on the conscious use of your hands to direct or modulate human energy for therapeutic purposes. It is an intentionally directed process of energy exchange during which the practitioner uses hands as a focus to facilitate the healing process. It is administered with the intent of enabling people change their energy in the direction of health, to facilitate the body’s natural restorative processes, and to re-distribute energy toward wholeness and balance. TT is a complimentary and non-invasive therapy. Since the human energy field extends beyond the skin, it does not even require touch although some light touch may be used.
